PROTOCOL REVERSE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

These Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Protocol Reverse Ambassador Program (the “Program”), operated by Biorenix Limited.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Protocol Reverse Ambassador Program allows approved individuals (“Ambassadors”) to receive a non-monetary reward for referring new customers who purchase access to the Protocol Reverse protocol.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.

This Program is not a multi-level marketing (MLM), network marketing, or pyramid scheme.

Ambassadors are rewarded solely for their own direct referrals.No rewards are provided for recruiting other ambassadors or based on the activity, referrals, or earnings of others.

There are no tiers, downlines, rank structures, or escalating reward levels.

Ambassadors must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally permitted to participate under applicable local laws

Biorenix Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend, or terminateany Ambassador account at any time.

A referral is considered valid only when all of the following conditions are met:
- A new customer accesses Protocol Reverse using the Ambassador’s uniquereferral link or code
- The purchase is completed and paid in full
- The purchase is not refunded, reversed, or charged back

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

For each valid referral, the Ambassador will receive one (1) free month of access to the Protocol Reverse protocol.

The free month:
- Is applied automatically to the Ambassador’s account
- Is non-transferable
- Is non-exchangeable
- Has no cash value

Unused free access has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.

At this stage, the Program does not offer any form of monetary compensation.

Rewards are limited exclusively to free access time to the Protocol Reverse protocol.

Ambassadors must act in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner at all times.

Ambassadors may not:
- Make medical, therapeutic, or health claims regarding Protocol Reverse
- Promise outcomes, results, or benefits
- Represent themselves as employees, agents, or medical professionals on behalf of Biorenix Limited
- Use misleading, deceptive, or aggressive marketing practices
- Promote Protocol Reverse in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies

Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any accrued rewards.

Biorenix Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice.

Biorenix Limited may also terminate an Ambassador’s participation for suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biorenix Limited shall not be liable for any indirect,incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Program.

Participation is entirely at the Ambassador’s own risk.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
