SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders fulfilled by Biorenix Limited in connection with theProtocol Reverse protocol.

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after the order has been placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to operationalcircumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method:
- Domestic shipments: approximately 2–5 business days
- International shipments: approximately 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customsprocessing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside the control of Biorenix Limited.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, selected shipping method, and order size.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the productprice or shipping costs. Biorenix Limited has no control over these charges and cannot predicttheir amount.

Biorenix Limited is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.

If a shipment is lost in transit, customers are encouraged to contact customer support. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Biorenix Limited cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors maybe charged to the customer
