REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy is issued by Biorenix Limited and applies to all products sold in connectionwith the Protocol Reverse protocol.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR FOOD SUPPLEMENTS
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, food products and dietary supplements are nonrefundable once delivered.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, sealed goods that are not suitable forreturn due to health protection or hygiene reasons are exempt from the standard right ofwithdrawal once delivery has taken place.

This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened or remains sealed.
EXCEPTIONS - INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- The customer has received an incorrect product
- The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery

In such cases, the customer must contact customer support within a reasonable time afterdelivery and provide relevant documentation, including order details and photographic evidencewhere applicable.

Biorenix Limited reserves the right to assess each claim individually before approving a refund orreplacement.
NO REFUNDS IN OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds will not be granted for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the product
- Change of mind
- Personal expectations
- Perceived lack of effect or results

Individual experiences may vary, and no outcomes are guaranteed.
REFUND METHOD
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.At the discretion of Biorenix Limited, a replacement product may be offered instead of a monetaryrefund.
